- Completion of a Market Analysis – We complete a full Broker Price Opinion (similar to an appraisal) to determine the value of home – supported by the backing of recently sold properties in your neighborhood
- Making your home Market Ready – Coordination and assistance in suggested/lender required improvements – Don’t stress about painting this, or cleaning that. Let us walk you through the easiest and most cost efficient ways of getting your home market-ready.
- Staging: utilizing existing furniture/decor – we making suggestions to showcase your home and prepare for photos.
No furniture? No problem, let us assist in quoting out pricing for professional staging!
TOOLS
- Analytical Tracking of all “views” from all online sources- MLS, Social Media, and other avenues to assist in identifying whether marketing is effectively reaching your buyers
COMMUNICATION & SERVICE
- Updates/feedback for all showings that occur as they occur
- Ongoing personal communication via phone, text, and email with our team
- Minimum of 1x week check-in with seller outside of showing conversations during listing period
- Introductory Email relaying all contact documents to all active contract participants
